Mix Fix Recover Review: Hangover Cure We've Been Waiting On?

MixFix Recover Review

My MixFix Recover review comes after turning 29 this past month and finally realizing two things I've experienced more and more since I was about 24...

1) Hangovers are fucking god awful.
2) I'm the least productive human on earth after a night out

I couldn't stand for this any longer.

So, armed with my new box of 8 MixFix Recover packs and my "newfound" knowledge that hangovers feel bad, I dove into a little experiment.

(UPDATE: MixFix now comes in capsule form and I personally think it's better this way as there is now not any mixing to be done, just pop a few capsules in your pocket before heading out.)

Recommended use of MixFix is basically to mix the pack with water and drink it IMMEDIATELY after your last drink...

Now that's technically best case scenerio and yields the best results, you can drink it just before bed but who doesn't want the best results when it comes to hangover prevention?

And that's actually a huge reason I chose the MixFix packs that I can take anywhere and dose it quickly, rather than waiting to get home to premade drinks that have less of the ingredients I really care about.

Anyway, over the next few weeks, I put these portable packs to work, and boy did they do their job for the drinking I put in...

Now, my biggest hangover gripe has always been the terrible nasea that comes after a night of moderate drinking.

Usually such quesy, gurgling, uneasy and upset stomach problems last the entire next day...

And this is something I've looked into a lot but have NEVER been able to get my hands on an sort of actualy remedy that does any good.

But those little packs knocked my recurring nausea right out. Specifically, I haven't experienced nausea in any way the morning after when I took MixFix Recover as intended.

Headaches, gone.
Bodyaches, ditto.

The only thing not completely destroyed with these little packs was fatigue. And even that I can't fault these packs with because I can't get out of my damn weekday wake schedule on weekends, getting up WAY to early for when I got into bed.

In my opinion the only real drawback is that my box of 8 packs went wayy to quickly because I had a friends wedding within my testing period.

I'm sure most people could get by with one box a month but not me...

Now - even when I have a just few drinks out - I get to thinking, "Am I going to be 100% tomorrow?" And then I end up taking MixFix anyway to err on the side of caution.

I mean, one pack is less than a fucking beer so now I feel dumb even thinking I might not take it with me when I go out.

It's kind of addicting in that way... being like "I needs it!" everytime I'm about to drink and remind myself of my last awful, throwing up half the day kind of hangover I had.

For all these reasons I can't recommend MixFix Recover enough and I plan on being a customer for all the rest of my drinking days.

I don't get any kickback from MixFix Recover - but if you're reading this review I'd be open to testing any new flavors you come up with ;)

  1. I’m a frequent social drinker, and over the years, I seem to tolerate alcohol less and less. A friend of mine gave me Detoxicated to try and wow, it has helped me so much with my hangovers. I have significantly less severe hangover symptoms and I wake up the morning after feeling ready for the day. Best antioxident supplement

  2. Get natural hangover prevention in order to feel better after a night of drinking. Visit the Detoxicated website for more information about hangover prevention.

  3. Yeah, you are right - "Hangovers are fucking god awful". The prevention and cure are the main facts that everyone should aware of. Drink water and other fluids like Coconut water, bouillon soup, etc to get hydrated. Also, take an IV hangover cure in case of severe dehydration.
